After our traditional group photo, we had an opening conference with all teachers and school staff. Director Anton Hrovath warmly welcomed all our new colleagues and thanked the entire ESM team for their amazing commitment. He invited everyone to make the ESM a vibrant and exceptional place of learning for the students in the new school year!
He also gave a sneak preview of some of the exciting challenges that the new school year will bring. We are starting the 2024/25 school year with more pupils than ever before! And we're going to keep working hard this year to maintain or even increase this number with more Category II and III students. A new PISA study will follow in the spring, in which we want to perform as successfully as last time. We also want to continue working on our specific school development area ‘Students as active learners’, which is of great pedagogical importance for the ESM. And much more...
He wished everyone that they would use their talents and skills for the benefit of our pupils and the school and always have the courage to initiate something new.
