The German theatre group will be presenting The Servant of Two Masters in an open-air performance at the ESM.

When Florindo Aretusi from Turin is accused of murdering Federico Rasponi, the brother of his lover Beatrice, he flees to Venice under an alias. Beatrice follows him, disguised as her deceased brother. Unbeknownst to each other, they both end up staying at the same inn. Beatrice's cunning servant, Truffaldino, senses an opportunity to line his pockets and fill his stomach, and secretly enters into Florindo's service behind her back.

Directed by Iris Krause and Laura Maicas Vanata, the theatre group of the European School presents Carlo Goldoni's famous 1746 play in a classic production. Costumes by Lucia Castellani.
