Warning strikes at Munich Transport Company (MVG)!

Dear parents and guardians,

On Wednesday, 11 February, there will be another massive warning strike at Munich Transport Company (MVG). The strike will last all day and affect the underground, buses and trams. The S-Bahn will apparently be available for use without restrictions, as it is operated by Deutsche Bahn (DB).

I would like to provide you with the following information:

Lessons will take place in situ. Please plan your child's journey to school so that they arrive on time.
If you are bringing your child by car, you are welcome to use the bus loop on Putzbrunner Straße. Please ignore the signs; the bus loop can also be used by cars as a ‘kiss and go zone’. We expect heavy traffic, so please say goodbye quickly and drive on immediately.
