Consultation and Support Structure

The consultation and support structure in the Primary School includes educational promotion and support, school social work, school psychology, health service, supervision and social support and prevention.

Process Overview

  • Level 1: The class teacher is the first contact person for pupils in case of questions and problems that arise.
  • Level 2: Additional and direct support for pupils is provided by the social support and prevention team (SMiLe) and by the health service.
  • Level 3: In case of complex issues and problems, the ESM offers a broad-based psychosocial network. Pupils and their parents may avail this service directly.

In acute crises, the crisis team will support the school management.
